About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Trainee to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, bridging the gap between our customers and Keepers, making a real impact on service quality and the overall customer experience. Your mission will be to monitor and improve daily operations, make key decisions on the go, and ensure every customer interaction is nothing short of exceptional. We’ll rely on you to optimize processes, come up with new ways to improve, challenge the norm, and push boundaries.

What do we expect from you?
Manage the daily operations across different countries, making quick decisions and solving logistic challenges;
Be the go-to contact point for customers and Keepers, delivering top-notch assistance every time;
Dive into processes and workflows, uncovering smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to get things done;
Work closely with cross-functional teams, like data, business development and technology.
Requirements:
Recently graduated in Industrial Engineering and Management, Management, Engineering, or a related field;
Eligible for professional internship via IEFP;
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making;
Ability to work comfortably with Excel and similar tools;
Full fluency in Portuguese and English;
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
