About the role:

We are looking for a very communicative, enthusiastic and rigorous Operations Coordinator who can help us monitor our current operations, define standards, and ensure that our Keepers and customers have the best experience ever.

As an Operations Coordinator, you'll report directly to our Head of Operations and be responsible for ensuring the quality of the service in our multiple cities.

What do we expect from you?
  • Onboard new Keepers in the multiple operational cities;
  • Define the strategy for training and monitoring the Keepers;
  • Revise the service provision standard and the Keeper's behaviours;
  • Assess the Keepers's compliance level;
  • Define key performance indicators for service quality control.

What do you need?
  • BSc/MSc in Industrial Engineering, Management or related;
  • Minimum 1/2 years of work experience;
  • Willingness to travel abroad;
  • Native Portuguese and Fluent English;
  • Being based in Portugal.
